At this time, it is not possible to refund games on Xbox. You may be able to return the game for a refund if it is within the return period and you have the original receipt, but this is up to the discretion of the retailer. If you have purchased a game digitally, you may be able to request a refund through Microsoft’s customer support.

2. Under Recent orders, find the transaction you want to return.
3. Press the menu button on your controller, then select Request a refund .
